I discovered Johnny Koonce in the used section at Gallery Of Sound's Mundy Street location a few years ago.
After I owned this album for a while and I looked him up on Discogs, I found out that he was the Johnny from Johnny and The Distractions and I remembered seeing the Let It Rock album at Gallery Of Sound but it sold before I was able to get a copy of it.
This album is terrific. It was produced by Al Kooper!
