Cosmo Topper is a project by Morley Bartnoff. He is known for his work with The Randy Californians, Burning Sensations, and Andy and The Rattlesnakes. He has also toured with Dramarama.
He released his debut solo album, "Cosmo Topper's Pure Fast Vibration" in 2001, and it was released on vinyl for the first time in 2022 on Smelly Rick Records. There is also a picture disc release of "The Motel Cosmo Topper Collection" that was released in 2023, and it was limited to 100 copies.
