Retronaut Selects: Wildside - Under The Influence (1992)

One of many overlooked rock acts from the early 1990s, Wildside's  debut album is fantastic.

I'm amazed any time I listen to the rock bands from this time period, because this was overlooked while grunge was promoted. I've never felt that grunge was superior to early 1990s hard rock. It was a trend, and it was going to make more sales than hard rock was, so hard rock wasn't promoted and grunge was.

Despite the lack of promotion, this album exists, and it can be discovered.

Essential Tracks: Heart-N-Soul, Lad In Sin, How Many Lies
