Today, we celebrate the birthday of B. Alan Andrews. Frontman for L.A. Trash and The Slants, and later a solo act. A fan of Starz, Ian Hunter, Artful Dodger, Fotomaker, and Billy Squier. A guy who percolated tea onstage, drank it and got burnt, swung golf clubs and wore a trenchcoat.
He is the person who is the reason I always write down my ideas. It seems minor, but writing down your ideas is the only way to never run out of them.
