Vanderwoolf is a three piece rock n roll band hailing from New York City. Their forceful yet intimate songs draw from a wide range of influences, including Siouxsie & The Banshees, PJ Harvey, The Distillers, and The Gun Club.
Originally devised as solo project by singer/songwriter Ashlyn Kersten (vox/guitar), the band took its current form in 2019 when Dave Marchione (bass) and Max Yassky (drums) entered the picture and the three immediately clicked.
Their first single "Vows" was released in April 2020, and their second single "Shake Rattle" is the next single from their forthcoming debut EP, set for release later this year.
