Retronaut Selects: The Fools - World Dance Party (1985)

I first found out about The Fools, like 75% of what I listen to, which is by going to the record store.

I remember going and finding a copy of World Dance Party in the shrinkwrap and it was unplayed.

I had never heard of The Fools, and I wanted to find out more about this band, so I got this album and I gave it a listen.

This album is one of the most versatile albums I've ever heard. It's so original and I couldn't believe what a great album it was.

I actually remember listening to this when I was coloring in the art I made based on the album cover of "Phoenix" by Grand Funk Railroad. "I Rock, Therefore I Am" was the song that stood out and I was amazed at what a great band these guys are.
