Retronaut Selects: Lime Spiders - Volatile (1988)

I found out about the Lime Spiders in 2009, after my dad borrowed two CDs of theirs.

The two he borrowed were “Volatile” and “Beethoven’s Fist”.

Also, a little fun fact. These CDs came from the collection of Peter Steele of Type O Negative!

I always thought that the Lime Spiders were an interesting band and they were actually the first band I was ever into that no one I knew knew about.

They were the first obscure band I ever liked!

This album is radical and fantastic.

It took a little while, but it’s finally on Spotify! Listen ASAP.
